MPS is a widely
misunderstood concept.

Suppliers of managed print services seem to fall
into one of two categories.

The first group wants to sell you toner cartridges. They bill you by the click and throw in "free service" — which means wiping off the covers and installing new print cartridges. And if that doesn't fix the problem, the suggested solution is generally to buy a new printer.

The second group wants to sell you hardware. They start with a "study" to determine how much gear can be justified and then present the findings with detailed floor plans and color-coded illustrations of various print devices. Following these findings, they secure your commitment to a 3-to-5 year contract for tens of thousands to millions of dollars in new equipment. Unfortunately, these studies are seldom able to determine your real world needs.

At Stewart Organization, we believe that these approaches manage the supplier's bottom line - but not your business. That's why we consider the huge investment you make in acquiring new technology. We know that even if you totally refresh your fleet today, your needs will change and require an additional hardware investment long before your contract expires.

We consider Managed Print Services (MPS) to be a commitment to help you grow your business over the long term, one machine — and one relationship — at a time. Our smallest MPS client has six printers; our largest has six thousand. We have the knowledge and experience to help you manage this cost, and we have the people and systems to track your fleet, respond promptly and competently to your services calls, deliver toner when needed and invoice you in a way that works best for you.

It's another way we prove that at Stewart Organization, our service can't be duplicated.
